The game and this policy
AIRFLOW: Bus Airport Puzzle works offline. This policy covers Android, iPhone and iPad. Version 1.9.1 has no registration, Google sign-in, cloud synchronization, Google Play Games SDK or Game Center integration. The game does not synchronize saves through iCloud or use advertising tracking. The game does not collect or transmit player data to ITS, LLC or third parties.
Progress on your device
The game stores completed flights, the current puzzle state, coins, XP, booster supplies, airport upgrades, achievement progress, reward claims, and language, music and sound settings. These records let you resume play and keep resources and rewards consistent. They are stored in the app's local files. AIRFLOW does not run a developer-operated server that receives your game saves.
Advertising, purchases and analytics
AIRFLOW has no advertising, real-money purchases or payment processing. ITS, LLC does not sell player data or use it for advertising profiles. The game does not add a separate advertising or game-analytics SDK. There is no network analytics SDK. Test builds may write local diagnostic logs; those are not automatically sent to AIRFLOW support.
Support
If you email app@4net.ge, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer, investigate the issue and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or unrelated personal data. Email and hosting providers process communications and technical requests to deliver their services.
Retention and your choices
Local data remains until you clear or replace the app's data. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and resolve the issue, and where required by applicable law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent to support, subject to applicable law and verification that it belongs to you.
You can play offline without an account. AIRFLOW progress remains on this device. System backups are managed by Android or iOS/iPadOS and your device settings; this is separate from AIRFLOW cloud synchronization. See the data deletion instructions. A parent or guardian may contact us about information a child has submitted to support.
Permissions and website visits
The puzzle does not require contacts, camera, microphone or location access. Android, Google Play, iOS/iPadOS and the Apple App Store handle installation, updates and their platform services under their own terms. AIRFLOW's pages do not add advertising trackers; the website host may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the website.
