1. The application
4net is software that acts as a VPN client. It imports compatible configurations, displays available servers, and uses Android VpnService to establish a connection selected by the user. The application is provided free of charge, without ads or in-app purchases.
2. No VPN service sale
4net does not sell VPN connectivity or subscriptions and does not process payments. Users obtain a compatible configuration or subscription independently from a VPN provider of their choice. The provider is a separate party, and its terms, prices, privacy practices, and support arrangements apply separately.
3. Acceptable use
You may use 4net only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You must not use it to commit offences, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with networks, violate intellectual-property rights, harass others, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4. Availability and no guarantees
4net is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, availability of any provider or server, compatibility with every configuration or device, access to any website, circumvention of any restriction, absolute anonymity, or protection from every security threat.
5. Third-party services
VPN providers, servers, networks, Android, app stores, Telegram, and other services are operated by third parties. 4net does not control their availability, conduct, content, or privacy practices. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms.
6. Intellectual property
The application, its name, interface, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to install and use the app for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or misuse of branding except where law expressly permits otherwise.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use 4net, a provider’s service, a server, or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update the app or these terms, discontinue features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or prevention of abuse. Users may stop using the app at any time by removing it. Breach of these terms may result in termination of permission to use 4net.
