How do I add a subscription?+
Copy the compatible link supplied by your VPN provider, open 4net, and choose Add subscription. Paste the link, confirm import, and wait for the server list to load.
Where can I get a subscription?+
Get a compatible subscription from the VPN provider of your choice.
Why doesn’t 4net sell subscriptions?+
4net is an independent free client. It does not sell VPN service or process payments and can work with compatible subscriptions from different providers.
Can I use another provider’s subscription?+
Yes, if that provider supplies a link or configuration compatible with 4net. The provider determines its service terms and availability.
How do I choose a server?+
After import, open the server list and tap the server you want. 4net uses manual selection and does not choose a provider for you.
What if my subscription has expired?+
Contact your VPN provider. 4net does not control expiry dates or renew third-party subscriptions.
What if the connection fails?+
Check your internet connection and subscription status, select another available server, and try again. If the issue continues, ask your provider about service status or send 4net support the app version and error message without including your secret subscription link.
